We offer property management services for single family residences in Thurston County. Contact us at (360) 459-0428, or you can send us your questions via E-mail. Our normal office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Application forms are available from our Property Manager or from our office. They can be mailed, faxed, or sent via E-mail. Application fees are $30 for a single, and $40 for a married couple. The application fee is non-refundable. We require an application from everyone who will be living in the property and is 18 years old or older. We screen each applicant for Credit, Criminal and Eviction history. We also verify past rental history and employment history. Our screening process takes about 24 hours to complete, but may take longer if we have difficulty contacting your references. It is important to have each application completely filled out with correct contact information. We comply with and support all Fair Housing regulations.
Our Property Manager will be happy to show any of the currently available homes. If there is a current tenant in the home we will need to give them at least 24 hours notice, so give us plenty of time to schedule with you. We ask that you obtain the address and drive by the property first before requesting a showing to make sure that the home’s neighborhood and appearance will fit your needs.
